A brilliantly designed bird seed feeder that does away with the need for a guardian as an internal weight-activated mechanism covers the feeding ports whenever a squirrel arrives. Mesh construction suits birds that cling or perch.
To ensure the weight mechanism of this feeder can work as designed, please make sure it is positioned at least 46cm away from any other feeder or point where a squirrel could cling to and reach across from. Ideally, site the feeder at least 2m away from trees, shrubs and other cover that cats may use to pounce from.
Squirrel Buster's patented 'seed tube ventilation system' lets fresh air enter seed ports and openings at the base of the feeder. Hot, humid air escapes at the top, keeping seed fresh and appealing to birds.
